Kinesiology Review is the official, peer-reviewed publication of the National Academy of Kinesiology and the American Kinesiology Association. Its mission is to advance the field of Kinesiology by publishing evaluative, insightful, and integrative scholarly reviews of kinesiology research, both basic and applied. Kinesiology Review encourages the submission of critical reviews, analysis of significant issues, position papers, and synthesis articles pertinent to kinesiology.

The mission of the American Journal of Health Education (AJHE) is to publish research manuscripts that focus on Health Education and Health Promotion interventions designed to prevent or delay the onset of the major chronic diseases and illnesses that impact populations of interest today (CVD, cancer, diabetes, COPD, cirrhosis, Alzheimer’s/dementia, etc.). In addition, AJHE is actively seeking manuscripts that inform the discussion on the role of lifestyle behaviors.

At this year’s conference, we want to focus on exploring strategies to improve health pathways, grounded in the social dimensions and cultural settings of physical activity. This includes the organizational strategies of national and international governing bodies of sport that regulate a large deal of participation in leisure and elite sport on the local, national and international levels.

Sport, Education and Society encourages contributions from social scientists and educationalists studying the relationships between pedagogy, ‘the body’ and society as well as from all professionals with theoretical and empirical interests relating to policy, curriculum, social inclusion, equity and identity, and progressive educational development in physical activity, health and sport.

The Journal of Physical Education, Recreation & Dance (JOPERD) is a peer-reviewed, four-color, professional journal. Continuously published since 1896, JOPERD serves as an authoritative, professional source for educators in physical education, sport, recreation, and dance in all settings.

The purpose of Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy is to provide a forum for high quality educational research for a national and international readership. We intend this research to have a high impact on both policy and practice. We accept review papers on a broad range of physical activities.
