Anställningarna kommer att ingå i ett projekt som ska skapa forskningsbaserad kunskap utifrån vilken kvaliteten på undervisningen såväl inom lärarutbildning i idrott och hälsa som i undervisning i idrott och hälsa inom grund- och gymnasieskolan kan utvecklas.

Doktoranden kommer att anställas inom ramen för det Forte-finansierade forskningsprojektet ”Pumping up the ego. Biographical studies on young people’s doping trajectories”. Projektet handlar om unga människors in- och utträde ur dopinganvändning, och doktoranden kommer ingå i en forskargrupp vid institutionen för idrottsvetenskap vid Linnéuniversitetet i Kalmar.

GIH is offering a four-year partly UCI funded PhD studentship on evidence-based classification of para-cycling. Para-athletes are placed in categories for competition based on their impairment, called sport classes. The para-cycling classification system determines which athletes are eligible to compete in a sport and how athletes are grouped together for competition.

The successful candidate will conduct cutting-edge research within the Physical Activity and Health research group at the Department of Sports Medicine. The research group conduct high profile research related to population levels and trends of physical activity and sedentary time, associations between these lifestyle behaviours and health outcomes across the life course.

Vi vet også lite om faglærerkvalifiseringen gjennom dimensjonene "teori og praksis" i profesjonskunnskap, profesjonsutøvelse, og profesjonsutvikling. The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences, GIH, announces positions as PhD students in the field of sports sciences with the following topic. Early specialization and healthy engagement in aesthetic sports and dance: Exploring perfectionism, motivation and parental involvement. Supervisor: Dr. Sanna Nordin-Bates.

The successful candidate will conduct cutting-edge research within sport psychology, examining mental health and elite sports with a focus on youth, current elite athletes, as well as retired athletes. The successful candidate must demonstrate competence in both oral and written English as well as in a Scandinavian language.
