We are inviting contributions from a variety of disciplines, such as political science, history, sociology, economics, business and law. Scholars who have developed a research agenda on sport, as well as researchers who have not yet worked on sports but want to apply their field of study to the world of sports, are welcome to submit an outline of their papers.

The School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University would like to invite all those interested in socio-cultural studies of sport and exercise to our annual one-day conference, held in the memory of our colleague Dr. Donald Macintosh. The annual Donald Macintosh Memorial Lecture will be given this year by Dr. Janelle Joseph, University of Toronto.

The rapidly evolving sport media industry and the changing face of mediated sport production continues to raise original critical questions in new emerging contexts. This one-day preconference pays attention to issues of sport, representation, power and social justice. Crossing disciplinary boundaries – the theme of the 2019 ICA conference – is encouraged in proposed papers.

The idea behind the theme, “The World Voice of Sport Management,” is a focus on inquiries into sport business theories, practices, issues, networking, collaborations, and cooperation in a globalized world. The conference will serve as a platform for cross-national and cross-regional exchange of ideas and best practices, and bring together students, scholars, practitioners, and professionals from around the world.

We are now accepting abstracts for conference presentations for the 2019 Leisure Studies Association Conference. The diverse nature of leisure has the potential to change lives. This conference focuses on how leisure changes lives through research, education and practice. Abstracts of no more than 300 words should be provided on a Microsoft Word document.

The Sport Economics & Sport Management conference will provide a platform for exchanging innovative thoughts and creating cooperation between researchers in the fields of sport management and economics.. We are inviting proposals for paper presentations as well as complete sessions consisting out of three papers/presenters.

The 2019 AIESEP conference theme is Building Bridges for Physical Activity and Sport. The 2019 scientific program invites research, research applications, and theoretical presentations from multiple perspectives on physical education, sport pedagogy, physical activity and exercise for young children, youth and adults.

The conference theme is 'The Diversity of Leisure' and we call for contributions that highlight the breadth and depth of research and industry experience in the area of leisure and leisure studies. This theme was deliberately chosen as we wish to encourage a diverse mix of scholars to participate, and showcase the wide variety of leisure-related research being carried out across disciplinary boundaries.

Our aim is to bring together sport and exercise psychology researchers and practitioners whose work focuses on social justice and praxis, marginalized communities, participants lacking scholarly attention, or that falls outside the positivist mainstream of sport psychology. A main purpose of this symposium is to bring together people passionate about these issues.

The mission of this conference is to promote the inclusion of, and support for, individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities and disorders through activities and academia that aims to enhance their capabilities. The committee is seeking applications for presentations that share research, demonstrate an activity, offer an adaptive experience, host a workshop, or present an exhibitor booth.
