Forskning og faglig utviklingsarbeid inkludert formidling av forskningsresultater innenfor relevante forskningsområder ved instituttet, inngår også i stillingen. Veiledning på doktorgradsnivå kan også være aktuelt.

Call for Participation | Connecting Coaches Conference 2020 | Online, November 27–28, 2020

The aim of the conference is to support coaches to build their capacity to be adaptable. During the two-day online conference, 20 speakers will make links to the theme of adapting, connecting, creating and communicating as they cover topics ranging from athlete wellbeing, the elite coaching space, athlete voice, youth sport, and Māori and Pacific sporting experiences.

”Studien visar att det kan upplevas problematiskt att särskilja på rollerna som både pappa och tränare, samt att frågor om rättvisa och att inte favorisera sitt eget barn återkommer. Samtidigt visar studien att papporna, genom att vara tränare för sitt eget barn, upplever att de kan bygga och stärka sociala band och får tillbringa mer tid tillsammans med sina barn”, säger Magnus Kilger.
