Sport sets the agenda: A Study of The National Sports School Coaches Behavior Based on Their Dual Mission

This seminar will discuss the special situation of the coaches at the National Sports Upper Secondary Schools. From the day the Agency decided to start a pilot project to help young people to combine top-level sports and studies in Upper Secondary School, there was an activity with terms from two different institutions. These institutions are structured in different ways, making it relevant to study coaches’ conduct in relation to the different conditions. This seminar aims to describe and analyse the coaches’ actions out of the conditions that govern and shape the National Sports Upper Secondary Schools.
