    Introduction

In today’s sports landscape, the need for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) is crucial. 5. Empowerment through Sport: Discuss how sports can be a platform for empowerment, not only in terms of gender but also in fostering a sense of belonging, leadership, and community engagement.
      6. Social Responsibility: Explore the responsibilities of sports organizations and individuals in promoting social justice, inclusivity, and contributing to the broader well-being of communities.

      1. In-depth Understanding: Participants will gain a profound understanding of the intricate dynamics of EDI, gender, and sustainability within the sports landscape.
      2. Innovative Solutions: Insights into innovative solutions and strategies for disrupting the sports industry in favour of greater inclusivity and sustainability.
      3. Networking and Collaboration: Opportunities to establish connections and collaborations between academics, industry professionals, and activists passionate about reshaping the future of sports.
