We seek a dynamic scholar to complement and enhance our existing sociocultural program. The successful candidate will be expected to teach existing courses while also developing new courses in the School that extend our curriculum in new directions. Research interests and teaching experience with any combination of sociocultural aspects of kinesiology that intersect with social justice issues (e.g., disability studies, gender studies, indigenous studies, critical race studies) and/or Olympic/Paralympic studies would be an asset.
