Promoting international and transdisciplinary cooperations beyond the borders of Sport Sciences – A French-Swedish initiative
The Division of Sport Science of Örebro University and the French Institute in Sweden – French Embassy in Sweden will organize in April 22 & 23, 2024 an International Research conference in Sport Sciences. The conference will be an opportunity for senior and younger researchers in Sport Science from France, Sweden and other countries to present and discuss their work.
With sustainability as an overarching theme, this conference aims to promote transdisciplinarycooperations beyond the borders of Sport Science. We therefore encourage and welcome researchers from other areas interested in building cooperation bridges with Sport Science to attend to this conference.
In addition to the scientific content, a common goal is to create an opportunity for cooperation between different actors from Sweden, France and other countries. This is why, in addition to scientists from different countries, Sport and Health national organizations from France and Sweden are represented.
Altogether, the conference will also be an opportunity to meet and help finding partners for future projects and enhance cooperation.
The Ambassador of France and Örebro University Vice-Chancellor will open the conference.
