Call for Contributions from Graduate Students | Olympika: International Journal of Olympic Studies. Call ends October 31, 2018

Olympika: International Journal of Olympic Studies invites graduate students to write a journal article review for our next issue (Volume 27, 2018). If interested, please contact the Journal Article Review Editor, Andrew B. Pettit at apettit3@uwo.ca.

It is encouraged that interested reviewers consult with the Journal Article Review Editor before writing an article review. A list of pre-approved articles is available to consult upon request. We also consider articles on Olympic and Paralympic issues that are suggested by potential reviewers which are not on the pre-approved list.

Olympika is the official peer-reviewed journal of the International Centre for Olympic Studies at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada. It publishes scholarly research on the historical, sociological, philosophical, anthropological, and management dimensions of the Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Olympic Movement.

The Journal Article Review section of the publication offers a platform for graduate students to engage in scholarly discourse on Olympic issues while also providing an opportunity to enhance their CV with a written review credit.

Journal Article Reviews are typically between 500-750 words.
