Gunnar Breivik is a Norwegian sociologist and philosopher. Breivik has worked with sports philosophy and ethical issues, and has studied physical activity in the population, extreme sports and human adaptation to extreme stress situations. He is concerned with the upbringing of children and young people in terms of challenges and physical activity and has for a number of years argued against a societal development that creates sedentary and passive people.

Aage Radmann is an Associate Professor at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. He is a sport sociologist focusing on media, youth culture, gender and violence in sports. Radmann is currently working on research projects related to Swedish and European supporter culture; women and football; sport tourism; PE and digitalization; stable cultures; Covid-19’s impact on sports; sport and poverty in Romania; and how social media affects the sports landscape.
