We are looking forward to welcoming you to Glasgow (Scotland) for the World Congress on Science and Soccer, 17th-20th June 2025. This event will bring together scientists, students and practitioners working within soccer from all over the world for three days of wonderful opportunities for learning, professional growth and collaboration all taking place in a unique football environment.

We kick-off with a pre-congress day of activities (17th June) and the main congress will take place over three days, at the home of two historical and outstanding football institutions: Rangers FC and Celtic FC. The congress design is innovative and original, and will be held at two venues: Ibrox Stadium (Rangers FC) and Celtic Park (Celtic FC) each within close proximity to Glasgow City Centre with excellent transport links from hotels to the venues. WCSS 2025 will cover an array of topics on science and medicine in soccer. These will be disseminated by experts in their field.

Glasgow is a wonderful place to visit. It is a vibrant friendly city, packed with history and plenty to offer, both culturally and socially. The surrounding area is famous for its’ scenery, golf and whisky tours and it easily accessible with the city’s international airport with connections across the UK and the rest of the world just 15 minutes drive from the city centre.

It is our pleasure to invite you to join us in the exciting and historical city of Glasgow and  WCSS 2025 in June 2025.
