The Spolint Institute for Sport Development and the International Institute for Sustainable Development, Policy and Diplomacy in Sport are pleased to announce two high-level international training events: “Sportikus: Teaching social values in / through sport” and “International Asthma and Sport Academy – IASA.” The events will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in the autumn of 2013.

The trainings are addressed to professionals, volunteers and practitioners in the domains of sport and physical activity, and formal, non-formal and informal education. Internationally recognised experts and trainers will facilitate the sessions.

The programme will be based on a combination of informal methods, practical sessions and ordinary lectures. The training sessions have been published on the Comenius and Grundtvig training database; therefore, interested participants (EU citizens / working in EU) can get European support to fund their participation within the programme LLP.

Costs for preparation, travel, accommodation, food and subscription can be covered through “in-service training,” Comenius (teachers and other staff working in formal education) or Grundtvig (trainers, teachers and other staff working in adult/non-formal education).

Please check the participation of your country in the LLP programme.
