Important, impressively comprehensive handbook, albeit limited to physical disabilities

Handbooks with 40 chapters are usually written by 40 different authors. Not so with Handbook of Disability Sport & Exercise Psychology (Oxford University Press), which is a single-author effort, written by Jeffrey J. Martin. Our reviewer, Marit Sørensen, is duly impressed, not least by the sheer comprehensiveness of the tome, marred only by the scant attention paid to intellectual disabilities.

Where are the kids? They are in Scandinavia!
