The position as a senior lecturer includes research, education and innovation with special attention towards sport nutrition connected to physical activity and exercise. General involvement in the overall sports science community is also expected; this may include work in other sport science fields.

Bo Carlsson, whose PhD was in sociology of law, is presently a full professor of sport science at Linnaeus University, having previously worked at Lund and Malmö Universities. He is a prolific writer, with a number of monographs, anthologies, book chapters and scholarly articles to his name, as well as several special issues of scholarly journals, and always focusing on the relationship of sport and society and the place of law therein. Bo Carlsson took the initiative to and is one of the founders of idrottsforum.org.

Hans Lundberg is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the School of Business and Economics at Linnaeus University (LNU, Kalmar and Växjö, Sweden). His research focus is on early stage venturing characterised by vague gestations, competing logics, goal conflicts and resource constraints in contexts with high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty. Theoretically, he is interested in context, model building and conceptual history.
