Women’s football is gaining ground, but it’s an uphill battle

For our reviewer, sport event scholar Christian Tolstrup Jensen, the anthology’s value lies in the plurality of cases, the theories, and the diverse sources – in addition to being an analysis of a particular World Cup, a source for comparison with previous and future World Cups.
