I den här artikeln presenterar Lotte Skrubbeltrang och kollegor två didaktiska verktyg som de har utvecklat i samband med forsknings- och utvecklingsprojektet ”Lykkeleg”, och som kan stödja tränare i att skapa lekfulla idrottsaktiviteter. Med inspiration från Dion Sommer har de utvecklat en lekpendel inom idrott som stödjer tränare och lärare i att överväga vilka lekformer som kan och bör introduceras, samt vilken roll tränaren och läraren kan spela. Inspirerade av Roger Caillois fyra lekegenskaper har de också utformat ett didaktiskt verktyg, lekmixern, för att öka och minska fokus på lek i träningen.

In this article, Lotte Skrubbeltrang and colleagues present two didactic tools that they have developed in connection with the research and development project “Lykkeleg”, and that can support coaches in creating playful sports activities. Inspired by Dion Sommer, they have developed a play pendulum in sports that supports coaches and teachers in considering which forms of play can and should be introduced, as well as what role the coach and teacher can play. Inspired by Roger Caillois’s four play characteristics, they have also designed a didactic tool, the play mixer, to increase and decrease the focus on play in training.
