This PhD position is linked to the RESPONSE research group and its ongoing research profiles and invites studies of working life in sport and organisational aspects of sport. The professionalisation of sport in various national and international context has made sport an increasingly integral part of the labour market, with a growing presence of paid roles and commercial actors within the voluntary sector. This PhD position offers the opportunity to explore how shifts in the relationships among public, private, and voluntary actors impact working conditions and organisational practices in the sport field.

Denna utlysning görs i samarbete med Malmö universitets forskningscentrum Citizen Health och vi välkomnar ansökningar med centrets inriktning. Den forskning som görs inom Citizen Health (CzH), är baserad på forskningsmodellen Community-Academic Health Partnership (CAHP) där forskarna arbetar med CBPR (Community-based participatory research). Genom modellen som bygger på deltagande från medborgare och olika samhällsaktörer, siktar Citizen Health på att minska hälsoklyftor och stärka hälsofrämjande insatser i utsatta grupper.
