Implementing Sport Policy: Organisational Perspectives on the UK Sport System, edited by Marc Keech, Iain Lindsey and John Hayton (Routledge) critically examines the roles and contributions of different organisations in the implementation of sport policy in the UK. Our highly qualified reviewer is Dr. Richard Tacon, Birkbeck Business School. Although the book is quite light on theory and heavy on history, he finds the collection a very enjoyable read, with a host of engaged experts who bring you close to the action.
