JLAS serves as an interdisciplinary outlet for legal issues in the sport, recreation, and related fields to meet the needs of researchers, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers. The Forum Editor’s pick from the current issue: BIG DATA, BIG PROBLEMS: ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS LEAGUES’ CBAS AND THEIR HANDLING OF ATHLETE BIOMETRIC DATA by Sarah M. Brown, Natasha T. Brison.
The Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport (JLAS) is the only peer-reviewed journal for sport law research. While submissions grounded in traditional legal research are always welcomed, the Editorial Board and a team of talented reviewers for JLAS are also capable of reviewing qualitative research, quantitative research, or mixed-method approaches.
