Eass is proud to announce the 13th Eass Young Researcher Award. The aim of the award is to facilitate the integration of outstanding graduate students and young researchers into the European community of sociology of sport scholars. The winning author will be invited to receive the award and present the paper at the Annual Conference of the Eass, to be hosted online by the Universidad de Sevilla, University of Cordoba and Pablo de Olavide University in 7-10 September 2021.

EJSS’ function is to enable an international discussion about current issues and to foster collaboration between researchers from all social scientific sub-disciplines. It’s published 4 times per year. The aim of the Eass YRA award is to facilitate the integration of outstanding graduate students and young researchers into the European community of sociology of sport scholars. The award will be granted to a scholarly paper authored by a young researcher, which is deemed by a panel of judges to be of highest quality. The winning author will be invited to receive the award and present the paper at the Annual Conference of the Eass in 18-21 May 2020
