«Sports» is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles, critical reviews, research notes and short communications in the interdisciplinary area of sport sciences and public health. It links several scientific disciplines in an integrated fashion, to address critical issues related to sport science and public health.

JSR is completely devoted to the rehabilitation of sport and exercise injuries, regardless of the age, gender, sport ability, level of fitness, or health status of the participant. The editorial mission of JSR is to advance the understanding of all aspects of sport rehabilitation, particularly in the areas of therapeutic exercise, therapeutic modalities, injury evaluation, and the psychological aspects of rehabilitation.
