Konferensen ”Kyrka och idrott” i Lund 2013 gav upphov till boken Kyrkan och idrotten under 2000 år: Antika, medeltida och moderna attityder till idrott sammanställd av Martin Nykvist och Alexander Maurits (Universus Academic Press). Dagmar Dahl har läst boken, och trots att den främst riktar sig till forskare inom kyrka och religion är den enligt vår recensent ett viktigt bidrag till forskningsfältet också från ett idrottsvetenskapligt perspektiv.
