    Call for Papers | The 2019 Australian and New Zealand Association for Leisure Studies (ANZALS) Conference | Queenstown, New Zealand, December 10–13, 2019. Call ends March 31, 2019

    The conference theme is 'The Diversity of Leisure' and we call for contributions that highlight the breadth and depth of research and industry experience in the area of leisure and leisure studies. This theme was deliberately chosen as we wish to encourage a diverse mix of scholars to participate, and showcase the wide variety of leisure-related research being carried out across disciplinary boundaries.

    This is the first call for papers for the 2017 ANZALS conference to be held in Hobart, on Australia’s scenic southern island, from 4-7 December 2017. The conference promises to deliver an outstanding academic and social program. The ANZALS 2017 theme is “Leisure as an agent for social change”. The Organising Committee welcomes papers, via a number of sub-themes.
