We are pleased to inform you that the 2023/2025 edition of the Advanced Olympic Research Grant Programme has been launched. For this edition, we are inviting the academic community to submit proposals related to at least one of the 10 IOC priority fields grouped in the following 4 main themes: Athlete safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing; Ethics and integrity; Gender equality; and Olympism 365 – Development through sport and sport’s contribution to the sustainable development goals.

The SSR Collaboration Platform is an informal “Community of Practice” for international organizations that fund or support SSR in sport integrity matters.The organizations involved engage to share experiences using their collective insights to improve the benefits of SSR, including reducing duplication of research and importantly, improving the way in which SSR is disseminated, understood and adopted by stakeholders in the field of sport.

We are reaching out to you today to ask for your contribution to collecting data on programmes, courses, seminars and workshops offering Olympic content at and beyond university level (universities, Olympic Studies and Research Centres, National Olympic Academies, etc.).

Leveraging the Olympic Games for building sport organisations’ capacity is an end of project conference. The project has been funded by the International Olympic Committee Olympic Studies Centre in the framework of the Advanced Olympic Research Grant Programme.
