As part of a government-funded competition, architects were tasked with creating statement-making structures that use renewable sources of energy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Because some of the region\u2019s best chefs are setting up shop.<\/strong> Cheap rents and a food-obsessed public have lured bright culinary talents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Because coffee is considered a high art.<\/strong> Single-estate beans, on-site roasting, cups brewed with high-tech gadgets: Malm\u00f6, like much of Sweden, takes its coffee seriously.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Because there\u2019s a really good nightlife scene.<\/strong> A cocktail renaissance is taking over southern Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So, as you can see, some of these good things about Malm\u00f6 is connected to the sustainable theme for ECSS 2015.<\/p>\n<p>And soon you will have the possibility to discover all this by yourself.
