  • Science education and science communication, e.g. families use of science centres and links between science and health in schools.
  • Outdoor education, pedagogical work in nature and education in informal learning environments, e.g. education outside the classroom, mentoring in ‘friluftsliv’ and outdoor learning.
  • Sports, outdoor activities and ‘friluftsliv’, e.g. nature interpretation, life guarding, sea kayaking, and skiing as well as international perspectives on outdoor learning and ‘friluftsliv’, e.g. different perspectives on ‘friluftsliv’ in the Nordic countries and outdoor education in Scandinavia vs. the English-speaking countries.
